All information provided in registration forms are confidential. We do not share or sell your personal information. All data collected is used to enhance your learning experience, and will only be known by Palabras Administration.

Terms & Conditions

Registration can also completed by phone.  Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the class start date. E-Transfers are the only accepted online method of payment at the moment. We apologize for any inconveniences.
  • Students may not commence instruction until registration has been confirmed and payment has been processed. Once registration is complete, students will receive a confirmation of their registration by email.
  • Registration for all Small Group courses is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Small Group students are required to register for a course prior to a specified start date. Students must complete their course during that course's specified term duration. 
  • Private and Semi-Private student(s) are required to register for a term of lessons, which must be paid in full prior to the start of lessons, and all instruction hours must be completed within the designated term length.
No refunds, partial refunds, postponements, make-up classes, or substitutions are permitted for student(s) who do not attend or stop attending their Private, Semi-Private and Group lessons.
